These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of everloombrand.com and your purchase of products from Everloom (“Everloom,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By visiting our website, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. Our Store
Everloom offers handcrafted textile products through our Shopify-powered online store.
We reserve the right to update, modify, discontinue, or limit products, collections, production releases, pricing, and website features at any time.
2. Made-to-Order Products
Everloom operates primarily on a made-to-order basis.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, products are not held as finished inventory. When you place an order, your piece enters our production schedule and is handcrafted as part of the applicable production release.
Because our products are handmade, estimated production and delivery times are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Our current estimated timeframe is approximately 4–5 weeks unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page.
3. Limited Production Releases
Our production capacity is limited by the amount of work our makers can responsibly complete by hand.
We may therefore limit the number of orders accepted during each production release.
Once available production spaces have been filled, we may temporarily close ordering until additional production capacity becomes available.
Availability shown on our website does not guarantee future availability.
4. Handmade Variations
Each Everloom piece is made individually by hand.
Small variations in dimensions, stitching, texture, shape, placement, color appearance, and handmade details may occur between pieces.
These natural variations are characteristics of handcrafted work and are not considered defects.
Product colors may also appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, and individual displays.
5. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to describe and photograph our products accurately.
However, we cannot guarantee that every photograph, color, measurement, or other representation will appear exactly the same on every device or on every handmade piece.
Measurements provided for handmade products are approximate unless otherwise stated.
6. Orders
We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

Website or inventory errors
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing, contact, and shipping information when placing an order.
7. Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on our website and may change without notice.
The price applicable to your purchase is generally the price displayed at the time your order is placed, subject to correction of obvious errors.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, or other charges will be displayed during checkout where required.
Payment is processed through Shopify and/or our authorized payment providers.
8. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After this period, your production space may have been committed and work on your made-to-order piece may have begun. We therefore cannot guarantee cancellations after the 24-hour cancellation period.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation.
9. Returns
Eligible standard Everloom pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to our Returns & Cancellations Policy.
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please contact us before returning an item.
10. Custom Products
Custom pet designs and other personalized pieces are created specifically for the customer.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, custom and personalized products are final sale and are not eligible for standard returns or exchanges.
If a custom item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the agreed order specifications, please contact us so we can review the issue.
11. Shipping and Delivery
Everloom pieces are handcrafted in Turkey and sent to Los Angeles for inspection before customer fulfillment.
Customer orders are shipped from Los Angeles unless otherwise stated.
Shipping and production dates are estimates. Delays may occur due to handcrafted production, international transportation, customs processing, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Tracking information will be provided when available.

12. Care
Customers are responsible for following the care instructions provided with their Everloom piece and on our website.
Our current blanket-care guidance includes machine washing on a delicate or gentle cycle using warm water and ordinary detergent, followed by natural air drying.
Damage resulting from care inconsistent with our instructions may not be considered a product defect.
13. Intellectual Property
The content of the Everloom website, including our branding, logos, photographs, graphics, designs, written content, product presentation, and other original materials, is owned by or licensed to Everloom and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, commercially exploit, or use our content without permission except where permitted by law.
14. Customer-Submitted Content
If you provide photographs, reference images, design ideas, reviews, or other materials to Everloom, you represent that you have the right to provide those materials for the requested purpose.
For custom-product requests, you authorize us and the makers involved in fulfilling your order to use the submitted materials as reasonably necessary to evaluate, design, produce, and fulfill your order.
We will not treat the submission of a pet photograph as permission to use that photograph publicly for marketing unless separate permission has been obtained.
15. Reviews and Feedback
If you voluntarily provide feedback, reviews, photographs, or other content for public use, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to provide it.
Where you expressly authorize Everloom to publish such content, you grant us permission to use it for the purposes described when that authorization is obtained.
16. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our website or services:

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, rights, or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Everloom will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of our website or services.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
20. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Everloom harmless from claims, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of our website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.
21. Privacy
Your use of our website is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and handle personal information.
