FAQ

Product & Craftsmanship

How is my Everloom blanket made?

Every Everloom blanket is made to order and crocheted by hand in Turkey.

The individual squares and three-dimensional cat figures are created separately before being carefully joined together to form the finished piece.

Because each piece is made by hand, subtle variations in stitching and small details are natural — and part of what makes every Everloom individual.

How long does an Everloom blanket take to make?

Our pieces can require 90+ hours of handcraftsmanship, depending on size.

Each square takes approximately one hour to crochet, while each three-dimensional cat figure takes approximately 1.5 hours to create.

There are faster ways to make a blanket. We choose not to make them that way.

Where are Everloom blankets made?

Every Everloom piece is handcrafted in Turkey by skilled makers within our artisan network.

Once completed, the blankets travel to Los Angeles, where every piece is inspected before being packaged and shipped to its new home.

What are Everloom blankets made from?

Our blankets are made from 100% wool, chosen for its natural warmth, rich texture and timeless character.

Will my blanket look exactly like the photographs?

Your blanket will follow the same design, colors and construction shown in our product photography.

Because every piece is individually handmade, slight variations in stitching, shape and small details are natural.

These aren't defects. They're part of the character of a handmade piece.

Sizing

What sizes are available?

Everloom is currently available in three sizes:

The Little — approximately 43 × 43 in (110 × 110 cm)
Designed as our smallest nursery and little-ones size.

The Signature — approximately 47 × 71 in (120 × 180 cm)
Our classic adult throw, designed for the sofa, reading, relaxing and everyday comfort.

The Grand — approximately 63 × 87 in (160 × 220 cm)
Our largest size, designed for a single bed or as a generous oversized throw.

Because each blanket is handmade, finished dimensions may vary slightly.

Which size should I choose?

Choose The Little if you're looking for our smallest size for a nursery, gifting or use with little ones.

Choose The Signature if you want a traditional adult-sized throw for watching TV, reading, relaxing on the sofa or wrapping around yourself.

Choose The Grand if you want a substantially larger blanket for a single bed or an oversized statement piece.

Is The Little intended for infant sleep?

The Little is designed as a nursery-sized blanket and keepsake rather than an infant sleep product.

Always follow current safe-sleep recommendations for babies and young children.

Orders & Production

Are Everloom blankets kept in stock?

No.

Every Everloom blanket is made to order.

When you place an order, your piece enters our production schedule and is handcrafted specifically as part of that production release.

How long will my order take?

Please allow approximately 4–5 weeks for your Everloom to be handcrafted, inspected and prepared for shipment.

Because every piece is made by hand, this is an estimated timeframe rather than a guaranteed delivery date.

We'll keep you informed as your order progresses.

Why are Everloom releases limited?

There are only so many pieces our makers can responsibly create by hand at one time.

We currently accept approximately 20 orders per production release.

Once those production spaces are filled, ordering closes temporarily while our makers focus on completing the existing pieces.

We reopen ordering when production capacity becomes available again and announce new releases through our website and social channels.

What happens when a release sells out?

The products will temporarily become unavailable for purchase.

Rather than continuing to accept orders and creating increasingly long waiting periods, we pause ordering until our makers have capacity for another release.

Join our email list or follow Everloom on social media to hear when ordering reopens.

Why don't you simply produce more blankets?

Everloom isn't factory-produced.

Every additional order represents many hours of skilled handwork. Growing too quickly would risk the craftsmanship that makes the product special in the first place.

As we train and work with more skilled makers, our production capacity can grow with us — slowly and responsibly.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, provided your blanket has not yet entered production.

Once production begins, an artisan's time has been reserved for your piece and one of our limited production spaces has been committed to your order.

For that reason, cancellations cannot be accepted after production has begun.

Do you make blankets based on individual pets?

Yes. If you'd like an Everloom piece inspired by your own pet, please contact us at hello@everloombrand.com. Share a few clear photos of your pet along with your ideas, and we'll discuss what can be created, pricing, and the estimated production timeline.

Shipping & Returns

Where will my order ship from?

All customer orders ship from Los Angeles.

Your Everloom is first handcrafted in Turkey and then sent to Los Angeles, where we inspect the finished piece before packaging and shipping it to you.

When will I receive tracking information?

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your Everloom has arrived in Los Angeles, passed inspection and is ready for its final journey to you.

Can I return my Everloom?

Yes.

Standard Everloom pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery provided they are unused, unwashed and returned in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.

Care

Can I machine wash my Everloom?

Yes.

Machine wash on a delicate or gentle cycle using warm water and regular laundry detergent.

A laundry bag is not necessary.

Can I put my Everloom in the dryer?

We recommend air drying your Everloom naturally rather than machine drying.

Gentle care helps preserve the handmade stitches, dimensional cat figures and overall shape of your blanket for years to come.
