We want you to feel confident when ordering from Everloom. Because every piece is made to order and requires significant time and handwork, our cancellation and return policies reflect the nature of our production process.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After this period, your production space is committed and work on your made-to-order piece may have begun. For this reason, we are unable to guarantee cancellations after the 24-hour window.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number.

Returns

Standard Everloom pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your piece must be:

• Unused

• Unwashed

• In its original condition

• Returned with its original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please contact us before sending a return so we can provide return instructions.

Custom Pieces

Because custom pet designs are created specifically for you, custom-made pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If your custom piece arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us so we can make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Every Everloom piece is inspected in Los Angeles before shipment.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the issue.

We’ll review the situation and work with you on an appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
